Check in process was a nightmare, management sends a link (which doesn’t work) to open the main door. Multiple attempts were made via email to obtain the correct link. Actually never received but after an hour management was able to remotely open the door. Upon entry into flat we discovered the A/C was reading E5 error- NO A/C working. Immediately contacted management with no response, left to eat dinner and management responds with a request to send a video of the error code!?!??? Our family is on holiday during the middle of a heat advisory- I’m not here to troubleshoot an A/C. We leave dinner to send the video & management responds that the owner is aware of the non-working A/C and because it’s a Friday afternoon there are no options to fix the A/C. After suffering all weekend with no A/C we hear nothing from management Monday. DO NOT RECOMMEND using this flat or Seville rental company.
