This bedroom has access to a private 40 m² terrace, furnished with sofas and a dining table, ideal for relaxing with views of the Giralda. From there, you can access another 30 m² solarium terrace with hammocks, a side table, and a shower for enjoying sunny days. The 360º panoramic view is breathtaking.

The apartment is located on the iconic Calle Francos, just steps from the Cathedral and the Giralda, and through which many of the Holy Week brotherhoods pass. It’s in a safe area surrounded by prestigious shops, bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Sevillian cuisine.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
