The entrance of the house is through a patio with a seating area and a tiled fountain, where you can breathe tranquility, freshness and quietness.

The living room features a traditional Sevillian cierro window that lets in plenty of light and looks out towards the Cathedral. It is furnished with sofas, armchairs, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying area, on the terrace.

Other features: TV, internet WIFI and air-conditioning in all rooms (with cooling and heating). The elevator goes from the ground floor to the top floor.
