Appartement centre Seville

Bel appartement bien équipé, bien situé pour les visites de Séville sur une belle place piétonne. Restaurants et bars sur la place. À noter qu’il est préférable de venir sans voiture, le stationnement est assez difficile sinon prévoir un budget parking. Très bon accueil des hôtes qui sont à disposition si problème. Je recommande.

Prima verblijf, het is in het begin niet zo als thuis, dingen zijn anders. Wij daar en meer buiten dan in het appartement. Prima verblijf.

Kerst aan de Alemeda Hercules

Kerst in Sevilla stond al een tijdje op ons verlanglijstje en blij het er eindelijk een keer van kwam. Appartement van Wouter geboekt en dat ligt lekker in het centrum te midden van veel barretjes. Bij aankomst stond Wouter al te wachten en ondanks de drukte van kestavond kon hij nog even snel een tafel voor ons regelen in een restaurantje om de hoek. Het appartement ligt lekker centraal en doordat je aan de achterkant slaapt heb je geen last van de drukte op de Alameda. Paar heerlijke dagen gehad, en Wouter woont al jaren in Sevilla dus weet de prima plekjes in de omgeving. Voor herhaling vatbaar

Toller Standort, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, an der Straße viele kleine nette Bars, in denen es sich gut essen und trinken lässt. Das Haus hat eine schöne Dachterrasse, auf der man abends noch einen schönen Rotwein trinken kann (bis 23:00Uhr). Die Wohnung ist ruhig und kühl, obwohl vor dem Haus am Wochenende der Bär los ist. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Bett ist eher für nicht groß gewachsene schlanke Verliebte, (wir sind 2 Frauen, die kein Paar sind) da es aber in der Wohnküche noch ein Klappbett gab, konnte eine von uns dahin ausweichen.Auch das Bad ist nicht für dicke Menschen zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wohnen nebenan, sodass man bei Fragen schnell Kontakt aufnehmen kann. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage,netter Empfang

Gut gelegen, netter Empfang, Bad und Schlafzimmer sehr klein mit wenigen Ablagemöglichkeiten, Treppen sehr steil und mit schweren Koffern schwierig.

Seville We will return!

This property was in an excellent location and the managers were next door and always available. To begin with we were met and found the apartment lovely and clean, the host was very helpful and friendly. There was a festival on and we had a great time. To our surprise when we returned to our accommodations it was very quiet, being at the back of the building. Seville and the people were our favourite part of our whole trip. Thank you

Excellent place from which to explore Seville

Hosts went above and beyond, providing us a place to store luggage when we arrived super early. Excellent amenities and highly recommend this place to others.

GOOD LOCATION, GOOD HOSTS, GOOD APARTMENT

Perfect location to stay in Seville, only an enjoyable 15 minutes walk to the cathedral and Santa Cruz district. Highly recommend the city and Walters apartment.

Kleine Wohnung, sehr zentral

Von der Wohnung aus kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Da die Wohnung am Innenhof gelegen ist, kann man sehr gut schlafen. Sie ist aber durch die großen Fenster relativ hell. Sie ist sauber, es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht und das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Walter und Marie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Appartement bien situé

Appartement est bien situé, tout peut se faire à pied, c'est appréciable ! Il est propre et agréable, l'essentiel y est. Malgré qu'il soit au coeur du centre ville, aucun bruit ! Les petit bémols sont la douche étroite, le literie pas du dernier cri, et aucune vue sur l'extérieur. Le prix est très abordable. Nous avons été bien accueilli par les propriétaires, ils sont très sympathiques.

Clean, charming and incredibly well located flat with reliable AC.

My partner and I loved staying in this flat. Located on the Almeda de Hercules, there are many great dining options right outside your front door. The old town is only a few steps away with many of the hit tourist sites within a 15 minute walk. Despite an unremitting heat wave during our stay, we visited and enjoyed both the rooftop and entry way terraces on several occasions. This was a great, perfectly located, and wonderfully affordable place. Recommended!!

Appartement coquet très calme et très bien situé.

L' appartement se trouve dans le quartier jeune et branché de Hercules et proche du centre ville et de tous les sites à visiter ( tout peut se faire à pied ).Supermarché proche et pratique. Appartement très calme (vraiment aucun bruit ).Propriétaire sympathique. On ne peut pas demander plus. Nous reviendrons! !!!!

Great location for a stay in Seville

We stayed 5 nights in the apartment and had a great time. The apartment was as advertised. It is well-located and Walter was very welcoming and accommodating when issues arose. I rate it 4 and not 5 as there were a few small irritants -- the wireless internet did not work well in the main area of the apartment (although it worked great on the rooftop terrace), the shower is small and tends to easily leak onto bathroom floor and the walls are "thin" -- you will hear neighbours at night if they are not quiet (the apartment above is also a short term rental). That said, for a short stay in Seville, it's a comfortable place in a great location.

Close to so much

It was handy, easy to get to all the historical places, lots of good restaurants, fruit markets and groceries handy, quiet at night. Clean and safe, bed was comfortable, well equipped kitchen. On the down side couch was dreadful to sit on and roof top terrace no place to sit and relax...we carried our chairs up from the apt. We were not sorry to have booked it, loved our visit to sevilla and other then the 2 items we mentioned the apt was good for us.

location à recommander

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de cet appartement. Il est situé dans un quartier peu touristique mais pas trop éloigné du centre historique (15 à 20 minutes à pied). La place sur lequel le petit immeuble donne est bien agréable et ses restaurants et cafés tout aussi agréable. Notre hôte nous a réservé un accueil très agréable et nous a donné de bons conseils aisni que de bonnes adresses de restaurants ! L'appartement est agréable, certes peu lumineux mais à Seville cela permet de garder un peu de fraîcheur dans l'appartement. il est bien équipé et la terrasse sur le toit très sympa pour siroter une sangria au coucher du soleil. Bref c'est une location que nous recommandons et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir d'autant plus que Seville est superbe.

Great Location

Location! Location! Location! This apartment area gave us wonderful insight into living in Seville. Alameda De Hercules Square was where we began & ended our days in Seville - wonderful restaurants and even better people watching. The apartment is comfortable & clean. The bedroom & bathroom were very small but useable. Did I say the location was the best part!!!

Un super appart au coeur de Seville

Un appartement situé au coeur d'un quartier très vivant et peu touristique. Un appartement très calme avec climatisation très appreciable en aout. Appartement très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. Grande terrasse sur le toit avec une jolie vue. Literie cependant un peu vieillotte. A recommander!

Auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen.

Das Apartment liegt in der Alameda de Hercules. Von dort sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants und Bars liegen quasi vor der Haustüre. Trotzdem ist das Apartment absolut ruhig. Kein Autoverkehr und kein Lärm der Umgebung sind zu hören. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstverpflegung braucht. Es ist sehr sauber, auch Reiseinformationen sind vorhanden. Alles Dinge, die bei anderen Ferienunterkünften leider nicht selbstverständlich sind. Nicht zu vergessen Walter, der ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber war.

First choice in Sevilla !

Perfect situation in Sevilla. Clean apartment in a quiet environment . You are at a walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and bars (tapas). The owner has a very helpful attitude. A perfect place for a short or longer stay. Parking can be found nearby.
