On the first floor, you’ll find the first bedroom, a full bathroom, a beautiful living room, and the kitchen, equipped with a small fridge without a freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils. On the second floor are the second bedroom, another full bathroom, and two private terraces: one of them, over 25 m², with a seating area and dining space; the other, about 10 m², has two sun loungers perfect for sunbathing and relaxing.

Don Pelayo Street is located in the heart of the Arenal neighborhood, considered one of the best areas in the city center, completely safe and lively during the day. Nearby, you will find numerous restaurants, tapas bars, and terraces, many of them well-known and traditional in Seville.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
