➣Going to Gatlinburg or the National Park? You can take the back roads and avoid Parkway traffic

[ROAD CONDITIONS]
➣The main road to get here is Upper Middle Creek Rd and is is flat and barely windy
➣Timber Ridge Rd has one small hill and that's it!

➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly CLEANED, DRAINED AND REFILLED with fresh water after each guest's stay, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.

[PETS]
➣We understand that your furry family members are an integral part of your vacation, which is why our cabin is pet-friendly.
➣Your four-legged companions are more than welcome to join you on your Smoky Mountain getaway (please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies).
➣We ONLY allow dogs. No cats, birds, etc
➣You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly.
➣If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the pet fee
➣Dogs that are left unattended MUST be crated
➣We do not provide crates
➣Maximum 2 pets, 50 Lbs max each
➣Owners are responsible for any and all damage caused by a pet

[Drinking Water & Ice Machine]
The fridge in this property features an ice maker and water dispenser, however, it is not connected to a water supply. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about this due to the utility configuration in the area. Guests will need to use bottled water or an alternative source for drinking water and ice. The freezer has ice cube trays. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding

We provide a STARTER PACK of consumables, including:

[THE NON-FUN PART STARTS HERE]
➣We strive for perfection but that's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect. We will bend over backwards to make things right
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity or feature that's not working as intended, then we would like to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking to have a drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children.
➣If you can't or won't then we kindly ask that you book another cabin
➣You must be 18 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS will not be tolerated and we will report you to the authorities for full prosecution

➣Guests will have access to all the amenities inside and outside the property
➣There is ample parking for 5 vehicles. The driveway is a mix of gravel & a little bit of grass
➣The pool requires a resurfacing at the bottom. This is not indicative of a cleanliness issue, as the pool is professionally cleaned twice per week. Please note that this is only a cosmetic issue.

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control. We advise you to get trip insurance
➣With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
➣Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
➣March through August is Carpenter Bee season in the Smokies, You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!
➣You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach them or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.
➣Always lock your car – bears have been known to open car doors.
➣Always dispose of all trash in the bear-proof receptacle outside the cabin. Leaving trash out on the porch is asking for trouble.
