Comfy and Cozy was aptly named. The cabin felt like home. It was our first stay in the Smoky Mountains and we were overwhelmed by the beauty and hospitality of the area. The cabin was clean and roomy. The first floor master suite was comfortable and the matress provided restful sleep after long days. Our young adult son enjoyed the privacy and view from bis second floor bedroom. He spent time relaaxing on his own private deck. Our teenage son loved the downstairs gameroom. We spent evenings there playing pool and air hockey. My husband even honed his tetris and pac man skills. Early morning and evening views from the hit tub were stunning. We saw several bears, a variety of birds and were even able to watch the nightly Dollywood fireworks over the mountains. Comfy and Cozy provided the perfect stay for our vacation. It was centrally located minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge yet was far enough to feel secluded. We were grateful for our 4 wheel drive vehicle for the drive up and down the mountain. We thank our gracious hosts for sharing their cabin with us.

Not what the description says.

First of all there is no view....big disappointment this was the main reason we booked this VRBO. I think everyone has seen the VRBO commercial where the owner is at the house with the people, this has the same feeling because there are notes everywhere telling people not to do this or that. It is set up where you cant keep the heat up at night! And next you have to be a computer nerd to make the TV's work. The place was also a little dirty, we have been to several VRBO's other the year's and this was our only disappointment.

peace and quiet

Loved the cabin, loved the cabin's location and seclusion. This cabin has everything and more that you could ask for, but unlike other cabins in the area, this one seems so secluded, at night all you can hear is the wind rustling the tree leaves. Plus seeing a family of bears walk by was really cool. Highly recommend.

Relaxing retreat

Comfy and cozy was a beautiful and cozy place to stay while we visited the smokies. The cabin is spacious, has 3 different decks and 3 levels! It was a luxury experience for me and my boyfriend! We enjoyed coffee on the top deck in the morning while enjoying the scenery, and soaking in the hot tub in the evenings after a full day of exploring. It was more space than we needed but it was secluded and private which is just what we were looking for! Canā€™t wait to go back! Our host made sure we had everything we needed and there were no issues.

Slightly disappointed

We enjoyed our stay very much, however, upon arrival it was obviously that the pics in the listing were many years old as there trees/brush around the house and none in the listing pic as well as no Mountain Viewā€™s which the listing also promises. All in all was a great time though!

Loved it

The cabin was so cozy during the cold. Even though we were snowed in we had a great time playing pool and air hockey. The beds were so comfortable. Being Floridians we donā€™t get snow so staying in the cabin for a day was great. Thank you for the stay.

Great Stay!

Cabin was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool table, air hockey, video games, 3D movies, and hot tub gave us plenty to do! The view from multiple balconies was great! Beds were very comfortable. The property owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

I would love to give this property a 5 star rating; however, the longer we stayed, the more we noticed things that need to be addressed.-banister going to loft is not stable-difficulty maintaining temperature in hot tub-the finish on floors and furniture is noticeably worn-cabinets in kitchen and main bathroom have noticeable gouges-gas grill missing knobs, burners not working, 1 propane tank empty and other nearly empty-large gap between doorframe and door downstairs leading to deck-"personal" items of previous renters remained

Awesome spot in the Smoky Mountains

Comfy & Cozy is great place to stay while youā€™re enjoying the mountains. This is the second time weā€™ve rented the cabin, and it really does have everything one could hope to have. From the kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils that you might need, to the game room downstairs that has a pool table, air hockey, arcade game and a 3D blue ray DVD player with movies & glasses provided for your entertainment. And thatā€™s just on the inside of the house! The best part is the 3 different decks with great seating that provided countless hours of enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains and nature. Also, Siew is a top-notch host that is quick to respond to any questions or issues that you may have on your stay. Weā€™ve definitely found our place to stay whenever we visit the Great Smoky Mountains.

Great Getaway.

Everything was as described. Snowed most of the days there. Basement was chilly. Top floor was pretty warm, but it is a cabin! Heat rises. Hottub was awesome. We loved it and wished we had gotten 2 weeks instead of one.
