"There was a little confusion about late entry, but it was all sorted. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our room and an excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Thank you."
"Absolutely beautiful, clean, and well cared for hotel. Very quiet and peaceful even though they were hosting a wedding. We dined in the restaurant which was delicious and the breakfast was ordered and freshly cooked, if chosen. Beautiful hotel and lovely staff."
"A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom.
There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent.
Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."

Highlight of my stay was throwing the ball for their two awesome Border Collies and chatting to the staff/managers at breakfast. "

"I don't know what to say other than I have sent my review to YHA with "top marks" for everything. From the friendly welcome received on check-in to the cleanliness of the room allocated, everything was absolutely perfect for the overnight stay. I slept very well & enjoyed the morning coffee in the café downstairs. It was all spot-on and excellent value for money. I will recommend to friends and I would like to book to stay there again. "
