"Good value of money "

"We stayed ad this wonderful B&B on the 21st march. The host covoured absolutly everything down to parking ect , which made check in/out a breeze. We were pretty shattered after a day at west midlands safari park, so a dive in to the beautifully made beds with the most amazing pillows! i must add was much needed. The view from the room was a big plus for us as the steam railway bridge was literaly a stone throw infront, we saw some gorgeous steam trains running their usual trips , my son was...

"Superb pub and rooms steeped in local history - Robert Plant started his career here playing blues guitar aged 15 in the upstairs blues club (sadly not there anymore but the history is palpable). The pub is a treasure trove of history, and so well preserved, from the original staircases and ceramic tiling on the walls, to the original bar. My room was just sheer excellence. Comfy bed, every amenity laid on, crispy linen and a boiling hot shower. Sadly the pub no longer serves food other than...

"Fabulous room, very modern with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer - in fact everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was a 'wet room' with a super shower. Breakfast was enormous with plenty of tea or coffee. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to assist. Well worth staying here if visiting the area."

"What a find! The Dinney’s was an absolute pleasure to stay in. It has charm, quirkiness, beautiful decor and incredible scenery. The hosts are warm and welcoming and the breakfast was divine! Highly recommend this B&B and it is the perfect location for The Astbury if you are attending an event there. "

"Bog standard hotel, did the job. Staff were nice. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't great. My bathroom at home is a lot cleaner. The bathroom in my room was grubby. The grouting between tiles was filthy. It's decent enough if you have low expectations. "

"Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel twice before we arrived and also once after our stay to complain. No reply on either times!! "

"The full cooked breakfast was amazing, i couldn't fault it, single room was small but clean and comfy. very friendly owners , and 2 lovely dogs who came to greet me. Overall i enjoyed my stay, and if im ever back in the area i would definately stay again. "

"Our stay was not the best. Dirty cups in room, no milk, very hot room. Asked for a fan which we did receive but it was broken. On a having a shower the head of the shower flew off and hit me. Food basic, at breakfast poached eggs were hard and u only got half a slice of bread. The staff were good, and when i made a complaint i did get my money back. Overall i would never stay here agsin."

"The rooms were clean, although there was a noticeable smell throughout, possibly from cleaning products or the carpets. Otherwise everything was great. The room was tidy, the breakfast was fresh and hot, and the staff were very helpful."

"During checkout, the alarm in the room would not stop ringing. We wanted to extend our stay by one more night, and we had already informed Quinn that he would add an extra night for us. However, Nicolas did not even wait a few minutes before making a new online reservation for another night. The customer service was catastrophic."
