"I can't say enough about our recent stay in the Biennale Design Apartment R&R apartment. It was amazing! Beginning before we even arrived, Caterina arranged for transportation from the airport to just around the corner from the apartment. That was so convenient! "まず、アパートメント主の対応が素晴らしかった。レイトチェックインの鍵受け渡しをしてくれた担当者もとても親切に対応してくれた。 9泊したが、日本人にとっては慣れないラジエーターの仕組みに、前半は戸惑ったことと、覚悟以上のヴェネチアの寒さで、どうなることかと思ったが…後半は快適に過ごせた。 関連する質問にアパートメント主も担当者もWhatsAppで迅速に親切に対応してくれて本当に心強かった。 清潔でこぢんまりと、小柄な日本人2名で過ごすには充分な広さだった。洗濯後に干すツールもあり長期滞在には助かる設備。 欲を言えば、電子レンジがあれば、朝ご飯づくりのバリエーションが手軽に広がったと思う。しかしコンロで蒸し煮したり工夫でそのあたりは乗り切れた。 あとは立地！何度かヴェネチア自体には行ったことがあったので、リッチの良さが1番の決定理由になったのですが、美味しいレストランも気の利いたスーパーも近くにあり、この立地も長期滞在には助かった。"
