In the living room with a cozy gas fireplace, you can sit in front of the television on the spacious comfortable sofa with two separate armchairs. The spacious dining area offers space for 8 people for pleasant dining with friends or family. The adjacent open island kitchen in country style is fully equipped and contains a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, Quooker, and Nespresso machine. On the ground floor, there are also two bedrooms with bedside tables and wardrobe, one with a double bed (180x200cm) and one with two single beds (80x200cm). On the ground floor of our accommodation, you will find two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a double sink so you can freshen up at the same time as your traveling companion. There is a toilet, a spacious walk-in shower, and a handy hairdryer. The presence of a second bathroom offers extra comfort in this lovely holiday home, ideal for when the other one is occupied, so you no longer have to wait for each other. This has a comfortable shower and a sink with a handy storage unit where you can store all your things.  The second separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. Via the stairs in the living room, you reach the second floor where there are two more bedrooms, each with two single beds (80x200cm). For the little ones, there is also a high chair, a foldable baby bed, a stair gate on the first floor, and some toys. 1 pet is allowed at this property. Through the kitchen, you step outside onto the lovely terrace of approximately 200m2 that borders the open playing field. With a cup of coffee in the sun in the garden set on the lovely terrace, looking out at your children having fun in the playground. Your holiday starts immediately when you arrive! Are you bringing your bicycles? Then you can store them in the bicycle shed at the accommodation, where there is also a storage room.



This holiday home is located near the small village of Serooskerke. The village has a supermarket and several great restaurants. The villages of Oostkapelle and Vrouwenpolder are nearby. The island of Walcheren has a lot to offer. Enjoy the beautiful De Manteling and dune area Oranjezon nature reserves between Domburg and Vrouwenpolder, or visit the impressive Westhove castle. The island of Walcheren is also known for its numerous clean beaches and comfortable beach pavilions along the coastline of this extraordinary part of Zeeland. This accommodation is an ideal base to discover Walcheren, the villages and towns like Middelburg and Vlissingen, and the surrounding islands of the water-rich province of Zeeland.

Arrivals are permitted daily, except on Sundays. During holiday periods, only weekly bookings are accepted.Payment is required in full before your stay.Access is provided via a key safe. You will receive the code to the safe, where the key is located, one week before your arrival.Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. On your departure day, the accommodation must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the place it was originally collected.Baby cots, if available, do not come with bed linens. Please bring your own.Bed linens and towels are typically provided in most cases. Please verify in your booking details whether this applies.Overnight guests must be registered and can only stay with prior approval.
