Welcome to this bright apartment for 4 people on the ground floor of the holiday home on the grounds of arable farm 'Rustenpolder'. Here you can fully enjoy the outdoors: the farm, the nature in the area and the animal meadow. From the living room you look directly over this meadow with goats, sheep, chickens. And have you ever seen a walibi in real life? These animals also jump around happily. This apartment for 4 persons is located on the ground floor of the house and is therefore on the ground floor. From the hall you step into the bright living room. This room features a flat-screen TV and a seating area with dining table. From the living room you look out over the animal meadow. The open kitchen has a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and filter coffee maker. The bathroom has a sink and shower, the toilet can be found in the hall. The first bedroom has an Auping bed with a 160x120 cm mattress, a folding baby bed (60x120 cm), 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (80-120x200 cm), a bedside table, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You can enjoy the sun on the private south-facing terrace (24 m2), or meet other people in the communal garden. Here you can always find a place in the sun or in the shade. If you take your bike with you, you can put it in the shed. Please note: this shed will not be locked. There is also ample parking space in the yard. Finally, children can also enjoy themselves at Rustenpolder. Go-karts, trampolines, a sandbox, a swing and outdoor toys are waiting for them! From this apartment on Rustenpolder you can cycle over the dikes to the beach, to Oostkapelle or to the Veerse Meer. The Oranjezon nature reserve is also less than 5 minutes by bike. In this area you can enjoy walking, or try to spot the many fallow deer.
