"Very friendly"

"What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again."

"I spend 8 days in this accommodation and I felt like home. The staff was warmly welcoming and I enjoyed very much our discussions. Swimming pool was perfect after a long day visiting or just to relax. I would definitely recommend the Sanur Lodge."

"Das Gelände der Grand Pool Villa ist sehr großzügig, der Garten sehr schön bepflanzt, Pool und Terrasse phantastisch. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko: Der Straßenlärm"

"It really is a great spot. the location / front entrance isnt ideal as it is on the highway and there is no sidewalk for pedestrians - its fine but you need to be alert. - you dont hear the traffic at all. Staff was wonderful, we did have issues with our ac unit spitting water all over our floor - the staff delt with it but it took away from the last few hours of enjoying the room. we had to also request towels for the pool - not a big deal, but nice if we didnt need to go to the lobby wet....

"Espera um hotel mais bem cuidado , por fazer parte da rede Accor"

"I like breakfast this time.and I like hot water in showerRoom、"

"Our family loved our stay at this villa. The private pool, shaded by tropical plants was such a joy. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, one with an outdoor shower (private) that was amazing! Restaurants, shops, the beach, grocery store, coffee and massage places were all with 5-10 minute walk. I would stay here again."

"Ja"

"The property was too far out, on the outskirts of Sanur. Villa was okay but was not always cleaned and supplies were not always replenished."

"Hébergement très agréable. Un peu loin de la vie Petit dej correct"

"Staff were very helpful. Room 204 had no ligh in the bathroom and the light switches were hidden on wall near the tv not near the door so wry hard to find. Room 206 had no bedside tables and shower flooded as drainage was poor. I think coffee/tea should be provided in the room. I would not recommend staying there unless a few things were upgraded."

"Todo muy bien, pero fue difícil encontrar la propiedad. "

"とても良い宿泊施設でした。猫が人懐っこくて、癒されました。"

"Nous séjournons pour la 2eme fois dans un établissement de ce groupe et c est encore parfait. Petit hôtel au calme avce tout le confort nécessaire et le personnel au top comme habituellement. Nous recommandons vivement"

"This hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. It smelt, the bathroom, roof and walls were black with mould. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here regardless of the price. "

"Great staff, delicious breakfast, gorgeous property. Waking up to the smell of incense each morning was heaven. A bit removed from other things but you can get food delivered or get a ride easily. Kitchenettes on the balcony would be great for longer stays. They were so kind on my birthday which felt special since I was travelling solo. The only docked star is the pool - it isn’t heated and doesn’t get enough sun to be warm enough to swim in (at least when I was there)."

"The room was clean. The refrigerator hadn't been defrosted. The room had a pool view, but the pool had not been cleaned. The television was disconnected."

"Nice staff, welcoming and happy to assist for what was missing in the room. General maintenance of the structure is poor and average dirty. It was very interesting with a lot of nice details. Unfortunately poorely maintained. It has big potentiality. Just needs more maintenance."
