Nice people but entire place is falling apart

Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and butts and other garbage were littered around the pool grass. Looks like they tried to fix things up with a fresh cost of paint, but instead did the cheapest bang up job ever...including spilling paint stains everywhere in the entire apartment. Dried paint splatter on the glass, on the floors, on the drapes, on the bed spread, paint spilled across the entire walkway from the reception to the room. Towels smelled like cigarettes. Water kettle looked more dirty then the toilet. Make shift Kitchen has a stove but no gas cylinder to turn it on. No pots or silverware or anything other then an ashtray in the kitchen. This place looks decent in photos but it’s a disappointment in person. The price point is way off for the reality. If they lowered the price to reflect what it really is, people would be less shocked and perhaps would expect to get less.

We got there 10pm and they didn’t even know we had reservation so we had to wait for cleaning at 10pm when room should have been ready by 3pm We walked in room and walked right out and left to another hotel ( didn’t get money back)

The property looked nothing like it did in the pictures. The bathroom was rusty and old!!!!! The kitchen amenities were terrible...why have a fridge, kitchen, sick, minimal utensils but not bowls or plates? The pool area was nice but much smaller looking in person. The beds were quite stinge with how they’re made up and the aircon does not work properly with the fan making a continuous noise when on. Friendliness was fine with the workers but their food standard was also extremely disappointing.

The Villa was a perfect size, had a small living room/kitchen, bedroom and then bathroom. The doors of each room opened up onto the pool. Only bad thing I have to say was the obvious wear and tear within the place. The mirrors were very old, the paint was coming off, some wood structures were broken etc. I spoke to another couple in the villa and they had the same problem. It didn’t affect my stay at all, it was just something that needs to be fixed. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food was okay, nothing special.

2 nights stay

The location of this villa was great. Very near to the beach, beach clubs, food places. The service of the staff was very good too. There's aircon and ceiling fan in the room. And there's a great selection for breakfast. However condition of the villa was very poor (at least it was for my villa that i stayed in). Certain doors were hard to lock. The sliding door to the toilet was always sliding off by itself. The floors seemed dirty and i didn't dare to walk barefoot in it. The wooden floors were chipping off although not super visible. Toilet glass doors would bang loudly if we do not close it properly. There were some stains on the blankets as well.

立地は最高でした！

周りにはレストラン、コンビニ、換金所、マッサージ、雑貨屋など全て徒歩圏内でビーチも5分〜10分で行く事が出来て不自由は有りません。ホテルの方も皆丁寧に笑顔で対応してくれて、朝食は4種類から選べ部屋食で時間も指定出来て良かったがボロボロのタオルやバスタオルは残念でした。

Location was ok . Staff endeavour was good but .. the place is tired . We where double booked 1st night and shuffled off to a more out of the way spot! We weren’t offered any discount for this but they provided free transfer back to airport .... it did change our short break as we had plans . We missed a tailor appointment as our breakfast arrived late !!! But that can happen in Bali . So many places to stay not likely to go back !!

Think Twice or Thrice even.

The villa is in overall very poorly maintained. There were multiple multicolored stains on the sofas, which obviously meant that various stains existed through the times. The toilet bowl seat was rimmed with yellowish tone, and was dry and flaky (if u use it, some plastic residue would remain on your but cheeks after u're done with your deed) Patio area around the pool was algae infested, a whole unwanted group of micro ecosystem at your door steps. Pool was bubbling (means filter is running) but murky (means filter is running but perhaps not effectively). Many furnitures were old and worn out, towel rack was peeling like skin off a sunburnt dude. Immediately upon checking in I requested to be checked out. Hotel manager tried to show me the other available villas in the facilitiy hoping to change my mind. Unfortunately, but expectedly, their condition was no better and or even worse. (Eg green murky pools, and stained sofas). It sends a very strong message that entire property was very poorly maintained and the owners have no interest in the comfort of the guests. Even if I had to forfeit 2 nights of the 4 nights I booked, I was not willing to spend a single night of my holiday in this facility. Good vibes only. If you are considering, think twice. No, thrice.

It will be fantastic if the hotel could provide some attractions trip for guest. Choice of Breakfast is good but can be quite salty.

Only thing good about this place was the location. Everything else not so much. The room is dirty, sofa had stains on them, we didn’t even use them. The pool was dirty and muggy as well. We had a waterproof GoPro and tried to take some selfies under water but the pool was so dirty that we can’t see our face. On top of that, our bathroom door wouldn’t close, so we shower with the door open. Bath tub works great tho, although if you fill up your tub with hot water, their may not be any hot water left for you to shower and rinse off.

Spacious villa near Batu Belig Beach

Overall, no complaints about the Villa, the location was great - near Batu Belig beach, but the condition of the Villa itself left much to be desired. You can’t tell from the photos, but the villa’s quite old, and it lacked upkeep. Parquet flooring was warped, cupboards were cracked, door handles came off etc. Great if you’re not super into details, but these things do have to be considered as well.

Everything was exceptional. Only thing to complain about is the toilet would let out a really bad smell and if you flush it a few times it goes away. Complained about it, they came and cleaned it but I think it needed more than a cleaning and the smell would always come back.

Nothing is closeby! They advertised it saying close to shops and beach but it’s not!! The guy at the reception lied to us the whole time about internet and universal plug. The internet kept dropping every 2 mins and won’t work most of the time. The cleanliness of the place was okay but there were lizards and mosquitoes in the villa.

設備が古くて清潔感がない

5泊中3日間Wifiが使えなく何度もクレームをしました。その都度調子のいい言い訳で本当に困りました。 清掃も行き届いてなく、素足で歩けませんでした。 朝食は部屋に持ってきてくれるのですが、どれも美味しいとは言えません。

You get what you pay for.

Travelled solo so I tolerated the hotel since I was n’t going to be in except to sleep. Other reviewers comments on stained towels, sheets etc is accurate. Pool is cloudy. Staff were pleasant.. the only bright spot for my stay. Do not order the food. I ordered Satay and some other rice dish. I didnt bother eating anything but the white rice and fries egg. The beef satay looked like it was microwaved instead of grilled as satay should be. The fried rice was soggy.

Nettes kleines Boutique Hotel

An sich kann man das Hotel gut weiter empfehlen. Der erste Eindruck hat sich nach 12 Tagen relativiert. Lage ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und rund herum gibt es einige leckere Restaurants. Die Privatsphäre ist sehr gut. Von den anderen Gäste hat man selten etwas mitbekommen. Etwas abgewohnt aber dennoch ganz ok. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität.

Worth It

The area is slightly quieter as compared to kuta or legian. Not much restaurant around. If you ever need food, just use GoJek app and they will deliver it to your villa (seriously this app has everything!) The room is huge and clean. Love the pool. The bathtub is awesome! The thing that i dont like is the fan. It made a lot of noise. Somebody needs to fix it tho. Also, the wifi is not so reliable? It is fast speed, but it tends to lose connection/cant be connected sometimes. Other than that, i love this villa.
