"The hotel was okay. Positive points: • Staff (except for the breakfast team) • Facilities • Spa (wonderful) Negative point: • The room key card kept getting demagnetized, and we constantly had to walk all the way back to the reception to have it reprogrammed. We became very ill after eating at the Japanese restaurant, with a severe intestinal infection, and ended up losing three days of sightseeing."
