Castelos em Selkirk, SCT

"Convenient location bang in the middle of Selkirk. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast very good but, at £35 a head, very expensive."

"This was a great location for me to visit Galashiels. Its a lovely old manse building with nice clean big rooms and comfy beds. The owners of the guest house were on site, very friendly and welcoming. I had a sound night's sleep and woke to a lovely cooked breakfast with all the trimmings. I couldn't fault my stay. There is plenty parking but lots of free street parking nearby anyway so no issues there. I wouldn't hesitate to book again."

"Bem localizado na pequena Melrose - tudo perto. Parada de ônibus na frente do hotel. Bom café da manhã e quarto silencioso. Staff super correto"

"Clean, good location, pleasant staff and overall a good stay. I am happy to recommend this hotel for a stay."

No offer was made to change room or compensation. I have since left messages with manager to try to discuss this issue but had no response which is extremely disappointing and very unprofessional. I would not come...
