"I was so surprised to get into such a cute, well-priced get away with only a month's notice. It is tourist season in Alaska afterall. Quiet and comfortable with easy access to the town, I loved my stay. I thought I was going to experience a bear sighting on the first day when some bushes started shaking pretty vigorously, but it turned out to a large bunny who nibbled his way across the yard. It was the kind of wildlife encounter I can appreciate. I would definitely recommend this cottage."

"This property was perfect for our family get away. There was ample space for everyone and all of the furniture is confortable and inviting. The scenery yells ALASKA with moose in the front yard along with sandhill cranes. The house is fully stocked with essentials from the kitchen to the laundry room, it was wondeful."

"Breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains, the glacier and the bay. Night lights of the city and Homer spit. Spacious rooms and we found everything we could have asked for to make our stay comfortable. The dishes and cutlery were quality as well as the cookware and appliances. Easy drive into town. Our communication with Paula was easy and she went above and beyond to answer questions. "

"We were delighted with this rental home! It’s clean, beautiful, very thoughtfully appointed and there was nothing we could’ve needed that we didn’t find! It can be hard to sleep in the summertime in Alaska and they thought of everything to mitigate that concern. There are blackout curtains, motion sensored nightlights…it was amazing. The beds and bedding were comfortable, there was plenty of space to gather or cook a meal. We really loved our stay and will be back!!"
