"The place is very clean. We had everything we needed. Had a quiet and relaxing weekend! "

"Brand new house with a walk out porch that overlooks the mountains. New furniture, new appliances, everything about it was great for a family of four. If you are staying in Homer, and are on a budget, pick this house"

"Everything was as described clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a good night sleep and a nice long soak in the hot tub. Didn’t have to worry about coffee in the morning. The host was very gracious about including Starbucks for us."

"This property was perfect for our short stay in Homer! The place was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated/maintained! Steve and Charlene were amazing hosts and went above and beyond to help make our stay the best. We would recommend highly and will definitely be back!"

"Super relaxing and well-designed space surrounded by trees and close to the beach. Perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining (double farmhouse sinks!), and plenty of space for families to spread out. Very quiet neighborhood. Really nice Nordic modern vibe. Location was also great, about halfway between the Spit and downtown. One of the best Alaskan homes we’ve stayed in, already planning to return next year."

"The house was beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. The thing that will make my stay one of the most memorable of my vacation was the soft comfy bedding! I slept like a baby!"

"Beautiful place! Wish we had more time to spend enjoying the view and relaxing. Will stay there again!"
