"Loved the staff, the room, the quality, cleanliness, and quantity of the breakfast buffet. Also, the positive reception to the two small dogs my mother's caregiver had with her while she stayed with my mom was appreciated greatly. The setting of the property is quite serene, quiet and comfortably secure in and around the building and grounds. I can't forget the laundry room which is clean, very reasonably priced, and open and available for use during non-traditional hours. But the one thing...

"The staff. Krista was excited and excellent worker and helped us. The maids came in daily cleaning. In the past, they only came in once a week The only problem was broken glass in our parking space. We told the front desk and maintenance was to clean. They did not."

I’m used to all hotels having one so that I can make an evening cup of tea and coffee in my room in the morning. I appreciated that there was hot water and coffee in the lobby, but I would be happier if I could have it in my room. I like my privacy. "
