"When first getting to this hotel, we noticed there was a lot of homeless people hanging around the area, but they have lots of cameras all around inside and out for safety. Inside was recently remodeled and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. "The hot tub was broken, and apparently been broken for about 2 weeks. I specifically got this property for the spa. There was no mentioned to us that it was broken before or after booking. It is more expensive to stay at this location than the other Holiday in about 3 miles away. Go to the downtown one."
