"The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. There are many places to eat nearby. It was convenient because there was a currency exchange machine, and I used it conveniently because I could iron my clothes with a service iron. The night in the lounge on the 20th floor was really beautiful. I'll stop by again on my next trip"
"Check in was smooth and quick and building looks modern and newly renovated. The rooms are clean and has everything we need such as tiny kitchen, washer, tables, sofa. Overall is a great stay. Great for anyone that wants to stay away from the busy area of Seoul. "

"We had an amazing 11-night stay at Sofitel Seoul. The staff were warm and welcoming every day, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Leo Kwon, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute requests. His sincerity and dedication made our stay truly memorable, and we are extremely grateful.
The amenities were excellent, the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the location is very convenient with shops and restaurants nearby.

"5 star location, communication with the host was fast & easy! Inside of the unit was little outdated (toilet tank cover was missing) but overall it was comfortable. Nice to have both washer & dryer inside of the unit. Kitchen was well equipped to do simple cooking. I would stay here again. "

"Hospedagem perfeita para quem precisa ir ao Coex. Fui muito bem atendida na recepção , todos são muito gentis. A reposição de itens como shampoo e sabonete é realizada por demanda, não há desperdício de materiais. Diariamente são colocadas garrafas de água na geladeira, assim como um sachê de café e um chá."
"Hotel espetacular, principalmente se vc optar por um quarto com vista para o rio!
O único porém, é que o endereço que está nos sites, não nos leva ao lobe do hotel! Por duas ocasiões peguei um táxi, inclusive na chegada, com malas pesadas, (o que foi um grande transtorno), e nos deixaram em locais que não era o lobby!
Precisam alinhar isso!"
"Best hotel I’ve stayed in Korea. The location is great: 10min walking from the staying and several bus stops close by(even in front of the hotel).
The staff were amazing! They have 24h front desk and all the staff learn and remember you. Front desk staff and cleaning crew were the best at all times! Pretty much sure the even cleaned my room twice a day.
There’s a convenience store attached to the hotel, perfect for all times. They also have washing and dryer machine on the underground level.
They offer free drinks, such as: water, coffee, sodas, etc.
If needed you can keep your luggage with them until check in time or even after check out.
The room was perfect! For solo or couples is the exact size and space needed.
Shower+bathtub, toilet and sink are all separated, there were 2 big desks and one small one, two chairs. The room is equipped with AC, heater, TV, mini fridge, hair dryer, basic hair care(brushes, gel).
The TV is huge, with access to internet, Netflix and YouTube.
The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and clean(4 pillows and an amazing duvet).
The only thing that could be improved is an extra light over the mirror, since the window is really small, so people can put make up on easier."
