"The place where not completely clean but not complains, and the sheets were dirty too. But we loved the apartment. "

"Place looked amazing in person and there was so much to do while at our stay. Very clean and had little to no problems. Host was very nice to us. "

"This is a perfect size for 1 person, maybe 2. The place was very clean and didn't have any bad odors (ie mildew, smoke). Bathroom was a little on small side, but I was there for less than 10 hrs. "

"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

"Checkin was incredibly easy. The kitchen served its purpose, although I wish there had been a few more utensils and a larger baking sheet as we were 4 people. The coffee maker needed a good cleaning, but then worked very well. You could not beat the location, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view from the balcony every morning and evening."

"The home was very spacious and equipped with additional household items. It was a very pleasant surprise! This was a family trip for a graduation and the size and parking was perfect for a large family. Everything was clean inside and outside. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay again! "

"Overall the house was spectacular, wonderful pool layout. Very clean and organized. Internet would not commect, reached out to Ron who helped us to the fullest. He was very professional and got the job done the same day. Have they recommend this location!"

"We came to Tampa for 2 days and this was a great place to stay with the family. The place is clean and fresh and the pool was crystal clear. Ryan, the owner, was very easy to reach and was very accommodating. The pool table and giant projector screen made it extra fun!"

"Perfect for a few nights stay. I was alone but 2 guests would work as well. Communication was excellent. It was very quiet the whole time I was there. The high speed internet allowed me to get my work done for school easily. Check in and check out were seamless. The power unfortunately went out for about half a day but it stormed during the middle of the night and the whole neighborhood was out for a little while. Everything exceeded my expectations. "The home was spacious, clean, beautiful, and private. The owners were very responsive, and THE GROTTO POOL was fabulous!! The kitchen is very well-appointed with everything one needs. My family has voted it one of the best places we've stayed over the years. I highly recommend."

"From start to finish this process was seamless. The property was identical to the pictures. When we arrived, the entire group was pleasantly surprised. The house was just what we needed for our stay and so much more. The host was very professional and answered all our questions ASAP. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater and the pool was very relaxing. We made soooooo many memories and TikTok videos in the stairs. We indeed had more than enough space.
