Quirky home in great location

Pros:

* Close to Uptown attractions and restaurants
* No need to hunt for parking; park in the driveway and walk
* Fully stocked kitchen
* Private back yard with gas grill and dining area
* Gas fireplace
* Lots of light
* Pet friendly
* Upstairs bedrooms each have mini split

Cons:

*Two upstairs bedrooms have a max height of less than 8` and angle down sharply. Depending on how tall you are, you will have limited standing room
*Both bathrooms are downstairs

Home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the uptown shopping district. Many of our neighbors are long-time residents. You will see them walking their dogs or having a chat.

Park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Walk to the Uptown District; shops, galleries, restaurants, coffee shops etc. You can drive to West Sedona or take a shuttle. There is a convenient shuttle to some of the most visited trail heads. Definitely take it; the parking lots fill up quickly.
* City ordinance requires quiet time from 10pm - 7am
* No feminine products to be flushed down the toilet
* Please be respectful of the neighbors
* Please keep any pets from disturbing the neighbors
