You'll enter the home through the front door and into a hallway with the living room and dining area on the left — surrounded by windows and mountain views.


Formal Living Room: The spacious living room has contemporary furnishings including a sectional sofa and the surrounding windows let you enjoy natural light and the views.


Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes GE finger-print resistant stainless-steel appliances, updated granite counter tops and lovely alder cabinetry. The kitchen bar makes prep easy and offers bar seating for three!


Family Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, this room offers comfy seating, a Smart TV with cable, a cozy gas fireplace and the stunning views. There is a wonderful wet bar - great for entertaining – and access to the outdoor patio.


Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for eight.


Office space: includes a desk and office chair for those times you may need to catch up on some work.

Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, Smart TV, mountain views, and the en suite bath offers dual sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. You will even have access to the backyard.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for a king size bed upon request and a $30 fee) Smart TV, and access to the full shared bathroom.
