Beautiful Luxury Home for Rent in upscale Sun Up Ranch Sedona
This gorgeous home has 5200 sf with 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. It's on about an acre of land with an awesome view of Gun Sight Rock, Southwest of Bell Rock.
Huge Master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, 2 head walk-in shower, & large walk in closet. 3 bedrooms (queens) are connected to each other with a jack-n-jill style bathroom including an extra deep bathtub. 1 guest room (queen bed) with walk-in closet and has ensuite bathroom. There's also a finished basement with a fold down full size bed as an extra sleep area. 4 fireplaces, one is a kiva style in kitchen, one in living room, & one in basement, all propane. Another is an outdoor wood burning fireplace upstairs on deck. Kitchen is over 500 sf with adjoining open dining room. 2 dishwashers. Laundry room. Excellent backyard patio with 11' island style grill, pergola, outside dining table, putting green, & hot tub for 6 adults. Cornhole & Giant Jenga games. Large nicely landscaped front yard with another putting green.
Finished basement is an additional 980 sf with pool table & full bathroom. Upstairs room is about 500 sf and accesses an upper deck with view of entire Oak Creek valley as well as a pull out twin bed.
House has a total of 7 beds. (1 king, 4 queens, 1 full futon, & 1 twins) Another queen inflatable bed is available upon request and/or memory foam twin mattress.

This house is in a wonderful area, with a very pretty view, however there are some things to know before you go. The basement is quite dark and dated. Much of the house is very dated. There is a lot of the owners things in the closets and drawers. One of the bedrooms that shares the main level full bathroom has a door with a glass window with no shade, just frosted. That bedroom is very small and you have to go through one of the other bedrooms to get to the shared bathroom. The basement has a futon and full bathroom but there were no blanket set ups for it, and it is very musty down there, slight smell of mold, just slight. Lastly, there is someone who stays in the Casita on the property. This is not disclosed. He was respectful and stayed gone most the day, but we had all women staying there, and this should have been told to us as the Casita faces the backyard where the jacuzzi and everything is. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Very comfortable place to stay for all 11 of us. The back patio is lovely and the view is spectacular! Decor is a little dated but furniture was comfortable. Little confusing to know what supplies we could use since the owner didnā€™t lock up his personal supplies like most owners. Overall a great home in a in a beautiful location!

This house is truly amazing. Big and roomy with a wonderful balcony overlooking the red rock. The basement is a great extra space with a beautiful pool table and theater with seating. All nicely appointed and well stocked. House is in an upscale neighborhood close enough to Sedona proper for easy access but just outside the crowded downtown. And the views and backyard setting are so so pretty. We VRBO a luxury home every year in the Fall and this one may be the best one of all. Owner is responsive to any concerns. Overall a very great experience.

We held a family reunion. The home had stunning views out the back window and yard and had a wonderful layout for a large gathering. George had the house decorated for Christmas and the home provided plenty of space for six adults. I highly recommend staying her and expect to return (if available) in a couple of years.

We loved the views and the neighborhood. The size of the house was great for us. The property could use some decluttering and more organization in the closets and cupboards and a bit more attention to the small details. The pantry was well stocked. We had an amazing time in the beautiful Sedona area.

Stayed with a group of 5 couples and a an additional friend to do some mountain biking. The house is conveniently located less than 2 miles from the trail head at Bell Rock. There was plenty of room in the garage to secure our bikes when we made trips to Sedona or Jerome. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views from the back patio or the upstairs outdoor space. The house seems more spacious than the listing photos. There was more than enough room for 11 people to coexist without tripping over each other. The outdoor area was the most used after a long day of riding or hiking. Early in the mornings you can see the javelinas passing by. If youā€™re looking for a place that will house your large group and that is outside of the touristy area of Sedona but close enough for visits this gorgeous home wonā€™t disappoint. The house had everything we needed and the host George was responsive.

Our group of 8 friends absolutely loved our stay! The backyard was our favorite hang out spot - sitting around the fire pit. What a beautiful view! The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property for large groups.

My husband and I and four other couples spent 3 nights in this very cool house in Oak Creek. The home is spacious with plenty of beds and baths. The common areas were great. We enjoyed cooking, grilling, and enjoying our meals together. The view from the backyard is breathtaking. Each day we explored Sedona but also looked forward to returning to the house to enjoy the spectacular view, putting green, cornhole, pool table, and fire pit. It is a very cool and unique property. Our host George was very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend this house.

This house was a perfect for our game loving family. My spouse and I met my siblings and nephews for our first annual family vacation. Ages ranged from 60 to 11 and there was something to love for everyone. Coffee on the patio watching the sunrise each morning was so peaceful. We held a Family Olympic competition, taking full advantage of all the amenities. There were many nearby hikes for all skill levels. Yes, some people had to share a bathroom, but donā€™t let that deter you. This home far exceeded expectations and I would definitely rent again when in the area.

Five guys in our mid-forties enjoyed our stay at Oak Creek. The house is very much set up for entertaining, and there were chairs & couches all over, which allowed for lots of great hangout time. The location is near some great hiking (Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte), and 20 minutes away from the northern part of Sedona. The two putting greens made for some good fun, and the view from the backyard is fantastic. A few issues - the house is having some restoration done on the outside, and there were many windows with painters tarps taped over them, including the giant window in the living room. The first morning we woke up to find construction workers wanting to work on the outside of the house, which shouldn't be the case. None of this construction situation was communicated to us. Also, there isn't enough room in the single trash can on the driveway, so the house rules say to leave trash in the garage. A previous renter's trash was still in the garage and decomposing, making the garage reek and unusable. Everything else was fine, and I would consider staying here again if these items were fixed or communicated to guests beforehand. Sedona is a beautiful area to escape and connect with nature. And make a reservation for Elote Cafe far in advance, it is well worth it!

The house was huge. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. We enjoyed the large kitchen. Cooked several meals. After hiking during the day we all loved the pool table, ping pong, hot tub, corn hole and putting green! Loved the location, beautiful views, so relaxing! Also, used the fire pit twice to make sā€™mores. Great for multiple families!

This truly was an amazing house. There was something for everybody from a putting green to a pool table to ping pong to the fire pit. We truly enjoyed every bit of it. Our only regret is not spending more time at house since we were busy exploring Sedona. We will definitely be back.

Our family of 8 adults and 4 grandsons (ages 1-6) thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay in this super home. This was the celebration of our anniversary (delayed 1-1/2 years thanks to COVID) and also one grandsonā€™s 3rd birthday. Our mid-Jan, 2023 featured sunshine, rain, snow and gorgeous hiking vistas. We found MLK weekend to be crazy busy in Sedona but not bad around this property at Oak Creek. Our grandsons loved the spacious upstairs and the dads enjoyed ping pong in the garage. We had a great time and would love to do it again.

Spacious house was great for our familyā€¦.room to spread out. Appreciated the large kitchen and dining table for 12 of us. All the ā€œtoysā€ā€¦pool, ping pong, putting green were enjoyable. Liked the quietness of the area compared to Sedona. Only compaint was the hot tub was not hot enough.
