Quail Cottage is a charming, and very spacious 1 bedroom freestanding cottage, with its own secluded patio and outdoor seating with a wonderful view and a hot tub for guests exclusive use.The main living room has high ceilings, and lots of light from the large south facing windows, but is shaded in the summer from the sun, by the trees around it. The communal room boasts a full kitchen, dining table and breakfast bar overlooking the patio, has a really comfortable Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 ) , streaming TV ( Netflix, amazon, YouTube TV), internet and beautiful faux finished walls that go throughout the cottage. The bedroom, also large with big windows, has a king bed, and a queen futon sofa bed for extra sleeping options. The cottage has a full bathroom with bath and shower, and is decorated in wonderful sea colors. The whole cottage has a beautiful Zen comfortable feel to it.
Quail cottage is situated on a 2 acre property at the end of a lane, parking is free and next to the building.
The trails for biking and hiking are right out the door, no need to drive anywhere. Mountain bikers and hikers would love this place. This is a very friendly and relaxed place, with lots of space.
We have chickens, dogs and garden, and teenagers and all the associated activity, and centrally located for Sedona and hiking biking trails. You get the best of everything here, a rural setting, surrounded by the gorgeous red rocks, hiking out the door, with all the restaurants and shops Sedona has to offer, 10 minutes away.
WE do not do month long bookings . The most we do is 10 days, sometimes two weeks- it is not suitable for longer holiday bookings, but only for short stays.
