Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. "I simply love the place actually...our room no. 115 was just perfect n clean. We enjoy d the stay, the food, the spa n the water sports available.. Just a little something to highlight Abt their spa...massage and the masseuse were good but...the place lack of the smell of being in a spa...aromatic smell n calming music adds to the experience. We come across the spa centre by chance while looking around the place. Didn't know it was operating until we stepped in to ask... They should have put up...

"This is easily one of the best hotel in Batam, the view is amazing! We are going to stay here again on Christmas and New year! But the breakfast is horrible, I am sorry but all the cakes are hard and cold. Maybe if there’s pancake made fresh and warm bread with cheese that will be wonderful. I don’t even see oranges offered, food are so little at a time so it always runs out. The taste of the food is also not on par with other similar hotel. It’s a shame because the decor and the hotel itself...

"We are welcome by the team of friendly and smiling staffs from the resort. Billy helped to check us in and also shared the info of the resort to us. He even buggy us for around for a quick tour. We also went to nearby hawker for some local food and folowed by massage. Food was also good in the resort and we had a wonderful stay. "
