This house is a over-sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single garage and screen enclosure back porch. This home is 10 minutes away to Wabasso Beach, 2 miles away to the Indian River Lagoon with access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Sebastian Inlet. A short distance to the Sebastian Golf Course and 10 minutes away to the Ocean. Also is a mile away to the US Highway 1 (street full of restaurants, grocery stores, a recreational park, Riverside Bars, etc). Sebastian, FL offers activities for all kind of tourism: skydiving, surfing, treasure hunting, fishing, hiking, jungle trails, nature observance, resting at the beach, outlets and mall shopping, among other activities). This house comes with Wi-Fi and Cable TV at bedrooms and family room. Master Bedroom comes with a King size bed and Guest Bedroom comes with two Queen beds. Long Stays welcome.

High Beds and Instructions

We struggled with the key to the house, but finally got in--the key box was a little tricky. The size and cleanliness of the home was lovely and the kitchen was lovely. One shower didn't work and the most distressing part of the situation was getting in touch with the host. VRBO insists on going to the app every time you want to communicate with the host! There were not enough written instructions with a phone # if something was needed. i.e, couldn't figure out how to do the TVs and some fans never did work. To have written instructions would have been so much help. One other issue was the height of the beds. If you are going to have high beds then please leave a stool so old people can get in them. Also, the furniture was plentiful, but there was no footstool for comfort and the recliners were scary since once we were in we couldn't get out! Furniture certainly could use an update.Everything else was fine and we would book again, but bring a stool and ask for emergency #s and instructions on a myriad of things.Thank you! Another excellent long term stay.

This was our third time staying at this property. The most recent was for 6 weeks. Once again this property did not disappoint - clean, comfortable, excellent and fast attention from the host if a need occurred. The location is perfect for a long term stay - convenient to services, quiet, friendly and safe surroundings. This spot has become a ‘home away from home’ for our winter escapes. Already looking forward to next year.

Upon arriving at the property, we were impressed with the very nice neighborhood, and then we opened the door and were truly surprised at how big it was!!! Very nicely decorated, big screened in patio, huge living room and tv room. Delighted at the big walled in yard where we could let our dog out for runs. Very clean!! The only thing I would ask is some blankets for the chilly nights during our November stay.

Another Exceptional Stay

This was my second time in this property, but this stay was a month long. To book a property for the second time and for four times the length of a stay, should be all anyone needs to know about the experience of staying there. I am particularly impressed with the management of the property and the responsiveness of the host to any issues - big or small. This is especially important with long term stays. I was not just visiting; I was living there. And felt quite at home. The property is perfect for my needs. And yes, I am already booked for next year…and for even a longer time.

Spotless Beach themed home

This is the 4th time we have stayed here. The home is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in a beach theme. The rooms are larger than they look in the photos. Very large back yard for your doggie. Perfect for our needs

Stayed at this property for one week in April. We are exploring possible rentals for a future longer stay with our larger breed dogs. This property met our needs - large fenced in backyard, open floor plan, dog-walkable neighborhood, and close location to other dog-friendly sites. The hosts were prompt with their communication and easy to work with. It is clear that they take pride in the property. We will be returning next year for an extended time with no doubts that we will enjoy the stay.

Relaxing vacation home

The home was just amazing - everything was just as the pictures on VRBO - and more. I enjoyed the quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. Situated close to all the amenities that I am familiar with and use almost daily. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, markets, restaurants and The Indian River Walk. The hosts were wonderful, friendly and checked frequently to see if I needed anything. I spent most of my time in the Linai - and my dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Definitely a keeper - would love to stay there again in the near future Thank you Hilda for everything

A very nice home

What a great place to enjoy all that Sebastian has to offer. The home had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Our dog spent a lot of time playing frisbee in the backyard and taking long walks through the neighborhood. We would love to stay here again. Definitely a 5 star.

a great place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was lovely, very comfortable, large open spaces and very homey. The house and yard were perfect for my dogs. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, I walked my dogs frequently. It was hard to leave! I would recommend this house 100% and the host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The general location of the home was great too.

Sensational Sebastian Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our three month stay at this property in Sebastian. The house is bigger than we expected with spacious bedrooms and living spaces. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were top notch. The tile floors throughout are a plus. We especially enjoyed the private fenced-in backyard where our dog could run or relax day or night. The screened in porch was a nice place to wind down to relax with a cocktail or meal. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, nice for walking our dog but convenient to shopping, restaurants and parks on the Indian River or Wabasso and Sebastian beaches. We relocated to Florida from CT and were able to continue our search for a new home in the area from this house. The use of a garage and laundry allowed us to keep many of our necessities in the house during our stay. The owners lived right next door and were very attentive if we had any issues but never intruded on our daily routines. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a short or long term stay in Indian River County. Thank you very much!
