"Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante negativa. Durante minha estadia, um item pessoal que estava guardado dentro da minha mala desapareceu após o serviço de housekeeping. Eu havia saído do quarto para permitir a limpeza e, ao retornar, o objeto já não estava mais lá. Relatei imediatamente à gerência, mas fui informado de que nada poderia ser feito e que confiavam no funcionário. O quarto não possui cofre, o que torna a situação ainda mais preocupante. Entendo que não há como comprovar o ocorrido, porém o fato de um item desaparecer dentro do quarto durante o período de limpeza é algo extremamente desconfortável e compromete totalmente a sensação de segurança do hóspede. Fica o alerta para que outros hóspedes redobrem a atenção com seus pertences."
