Access to the backyard between the DADU and the house is not included.

Electricity Use
A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included. This is more than enough for standard usage. Any excess will be billed at local utility rates and shared with guests after the stay.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed in the home, on the deck, or elsewhere on the property. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Very nice and convenient

Don’t be put off by the prospect of on street parking. There was always easy parking one street above. Note that property is not an address found easily from the street and you must access by the alley, which is easy peasy. Also note, that if you’d like to sleep in the “occasional” use of the office space below the apartment is used everyday and phone conversations can clearly be overheard in the bedroom. For those sensitive to sleeping with any light, there is a sky light directly over the bed. Sleep mask recommended.
