"Stayed in Seattle for a week and these apartments were ideal with their wee kitchen and a nice living space. The site is new so all in good condition and my apartment was very clean. The building is a nice old repurposed building sandwiched between bigger buildings so don’t expect lots of sun light. Also, the neighbourhood can get busy on sports days and some evenings so it was quiet most but not all evenings. Any noise didn’t bother me though. Pioneer Square is about 20 mins walk or a couple...

"Customer service was great! Front desk was very helpful as was the cleaning staff. Amenities were a big plus with the included breakfast and happy hour. Also the location is great for walking to baseball or football games and surrounding food options. Pioneer Square has really cleaned up and was nice to walk through during the day. Would definitely stay here again."
