"Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! "

"This is the perfect location if you’re looking for something in very close proximity to Climate Pledge or the Space Needle. The rooftop balcony is a great touch for hanging out away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Apartment is clean, well appointed, and in a secure building. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The property did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. We'd never been to Seattle and were pleasantly surprised with not only the space, but the location. It was so close to most of the places we went to visit. I had a little difficulty checking in, but nothing unmanageable. The only problem we did have had to do with the parking. It was something out of our control and not something I would have thought to ask about or look into. If you plan on bringing your own...

"My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! "
