Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and/or mountain views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown. Our lovely home sits across the street from the amazing Pacific Ocean. Looking north to desired Seaside Beach and looking south to Tillamook Head. Just out front is the Seaside Cove surf spot. Enjoy the view from kitchen, living room, dining room, and from the master bedroom.


Dog fees are $15/dog/night with a $30 minimum per dog. We accept 2 dogs only.
Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. The contract will note the full requirements.

This is by far one of the coolest vacation rentals weā€™ve stayed at. The location could not be beat and the views were magical. We loved sitting in the living room watching the waves and sunset to one side and the golf course to the other side all while enjoying a peaceful fire. We loved the proximity to the beach. It made it so easy with kids. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was very nicely updated. Although old and original, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also loved the jacuzzi and used it every day! We would definitely come back here again.

Magical place south of the city

First time to Seaside and we are obsessed! This home is perfect and was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Beds are super comfy and the boys loved playing foosball and hanging in the hot tub. But the star of the show: the amazing smart toilet/bidet with seat warmer and all the extras lol. We looked forward to each bathroom visit The charming home served as a great launching point for our adventures! Tidepooling at Cannon Beach where we saw so many starfish and ELKS ON THE BEACH, crabbing at Kellyā€™s Marina (40 mins south), and playing on what felt like our own private beach right in front of the house. Fun to watch all the surfers out front and cheer on the golfers out back from the hot tub. One morning at low tide we found 60 whole sand dollars!!! Literal sand bucket full of 4ā€ beauties. Had fires, ate sā€™mores, and told ghost stories on the beach every night we were here. We would love to come back and stay longer next trip. Thanks for opening your home to us! Was a trip weā€™ll never forget.

Beautiful beachfront home!

This was a beautiful place to end our road trip! Home was very clean, and my kids loved the heated bathroom floors after a chilly walk on the beach. The beach access was perfect. We loved searching for sand dollars, and coming back to a nice hot tub in the evenings. Would highly recommend!

Weā€™ve been coming to Seaside since moving to the PNW 4 years ago, this was our first year staying beach front and will not be our last! This house is perfect. There were 3 of us, a couple and a friend, and our dogs. Perfect vacation and location. House was immaculately clean and had everything you could want in a rental house. No beach towels, but everything else! Bathroom was so nice and that living room. Incredible. Already booked another stay!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay. We loved the easy access to the beach and the amenities the house provided for us and our two kids. The house was spotless upon arrival and the host was great to work with. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling to seaside!

Awesome location

We had a great time in this house. It was our first overnight trip away from home with our 5 month old and I really appreciated having a pack n play and high chair provided! Overall it was clean, just the coffee pot hadnā€™t been cleaned out from previous guests. No biggy. The heat was a little weird ā€” I donā€™t think thereā€™s a vent in the king-bed room because it was freezing compared to the rest of the house. We had warm days but in the winter a space heater would have been a necessity. The hosts were communicative through the app but were having some issues with their cell. Luckily we didnā€™t need anything or have any kind of emergency. The hot tub was amazing and we loved being able to see the beach from the living room. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place!

This home was perfect for our family trip to Seaside! We appreciated the cleanliness, beach access, decor, comfortabilityā€¦ basically everything! Bring slippers to keep your feet warm on the hard wood floors. And be prepared to be amazed by the toilet! We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Short and sweet

The house was great enjoyed the fireplace beds were excellent wished we would have stayed longer.We loved the beach every morning we hunted for sand dollar found so many we started leaving them above the tide line like Easter eggs gor the kids we put the live ones back close to the surf line also left a few out back for other guest.People were telling us you can't always find them like we did.The house was cleaned and our second favorite think in the house was the heated floors and toilet seat.Being from Hawaii we enjoyed the extra warmth.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable

My family and I were delighted with our stay. The house was perfect for our family of four with a very well-equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, and really comfortable mattresses! We loved being steps away from the beach where we played in the sand, climbed rocks, found seashells, and flew kites. We explored, enjoyed the coast, and were so grateful to return to our cozy home away from home after every adventure. Most importantly, we will be back!

Great getaway

My girlfriends and I were looking for a relaxing trip away from kiddos and this was just the spot. Close to cannon beach and seaside for shopping and food. The kitchen had what we needed. And the beds were comfy enough to sleep in to our hearts desire. The house was very clean and ready for us and we enjoyed a great bathroom.update.

What a view

The property looked as good as the pictures and so did the view! I selected this property for three reasons: a) View, b) Fireplace, and c) Private Hot Tub.There are two picture windows opposite each other in the center of the house. One faces the ocean, the other a golf course, both grand views.The fireplace was gas but oh so warm and just gave a nice, homey touch as we sat and read and, did I say, look at the view.The hot tub is on the back deck, covered, and faces the golf course which at night means seclusion.The house was clean and had all the utensils etc we needed. Instructions from the owner's were clear. And the few times we actually spoke the owner Malia was plain old friendly.A nice place to stay.
