Thoughtfully updated while maintaining its classic coastal charm, this inviting retreat is the perfect destination for family vacations, reunions, and relaxing getaways on the Oregon Coast.
With accommodations for up to 10 guests (including children of all ages), there's plenty of room for everyone to gather together while still enjoying their own space to relax. Fireplace pictures is not permitted for use as but in the future, plans are to install a gas insert.
Living Spaces
The warm and inviting classic knotty pine living room captures the charm of a traditional beach house while offering modern comforts. Relax on comfortable seating in front of the large flat-screen TV.
A dining/game table in the living room is perfect for family meals, puzzles, or game nights. Just outside, the expansive oceanfront deck offers outdoor seating and a private hot tub tucked just off the deck—an ideal place to unwind while taking in the fresh ocean air and spectacular views.
One of the upstairs oceanfront Queen bedrooms also features direct access to its own private upper balcony, creating the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the Pacific.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including a double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and ample cookware and kitchen essentials.
The separate dining room comfortably seats 6–8 guests, with additional seating available at the dining/game table in the living room, making it easy for everyone to gather together.
Sleeping Arrangements
Sleeps up to 10 guests
• Main Floor Primary Suite: Queen bed, Smart TV, cozy sitting nook, new stackable washer and dryer, and private ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
• Three Upstairs Queen Bedrooms: All feature beautiful ocean views, with one offering direct access to a private upper oceanfront balcony.
• One Upstairs Bedroom: Two Twin beds with a partial south-facing ocean view.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide plenty of space for larger groups:
• Primary ensuite with large walk-in shower
• Upstairs bathroom with a charming clawfoot soaking tub
• Upstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower
Outdoor Living and Entertainment
Enjoy multiple outdoor spaces designed for every season. Relax on the oceanfront decks, soak in the private hot tub.

Within the past two years, this home has been refreshed with numerous improvements, including:

• New carpet in the upstairs bedrooms
Pet Policy
Well-behaved dogs are welcome!
• Up to 2 small dogs (10 lbs. or less each), or
• 1 medium dog (up to 35 lbs.)
A $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet applies.
Dogs over 35 lbs. are not permitted.
Parking
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles
House Rules and Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children of all ages.
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
• No smoking.
• Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.
• For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed at the home's entrances only. These cameras monitor entry areas only and are not directed toward any interior spaces or private outdoor living areas, including the hot tub.
