From the cedar shake exterior and the gorgeous grounds to the sweeping ocean views, this four-bedroom, waterfront stunner, located just south of downtown Seaside, is truly incredible! Whip up amazing meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen, dine together or play a few board games at the table for six, and then relax by one of two stone fireplaces - one inside and one outside! There is also a deck off the main living area, a large garage, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts. For sleeping options, there are four cozy bedrooms in this home including the expansive top-floor suite with a private bath which offers an even grander view of the coastline from a curved picture window. Additional bedrooms include two rooms with plush queen-size beds and a kid-friendly bunk room. Enjoy perfection at the coast!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Seaside Paradise

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was beautiful and very spacious. There were lots of room for our 3 families to spread out but still enjoy time together.

Good family time

The property was very clean when we got there and comfortably held our multigenerational group for the long weekend. While the beach was a bit of a walk in large rocks, it was a beautiful beach. Would have loved to have heard the surf, but no screens on the windows (which were wonderfully large). The master suite upstairs has very steep stairs up and down, so be careful with having older folks up there. Overall, great time.

Do NOT stay here!

Upon entering the home we were overwhelmed with the smell of pet urine. Walking further into the home the smell of mold and bleach were awful. The smell was so bad that after a half hour of being in the home my husband and I both had headaches and our throats were burning. I tried to fix a quick dinner for my 5 children while my husband went to try and find us a hotel. There was sand and filth all over the dinning room floor and upon setting food on the table ants were all over it. I tried calling Vacasa the actual company you deal with in renting this home. After a half hour of being on hold and several text messages to them, I received no answer. We were unable to stay in the home due to how awful the smells were and after seven days I have received no response as to how this will be dealt with. I highly recommend NOT staying in this home and never booking rental that Vacasa is managing.

That View!

From 10 yo granddaughter to 98 yo mother, all had a great experience. Mom enjoyed the incredible view at the bay windows while the rest of us took turns walking through the painted rock garden to the beach. Did I mention our 2 very happy dogs? Overall great time for the family.

Nice place on the beach

We spent Christmas week here. Lucked out with a couple nice days, but rain and wind battered the house one night. Didn't get much sleep that night, but the house held up fine.The multiple remote controls for TVs were confusing. We didn't find any instructions for their use, or what streaming was included.

Large beach front home with views

My wife and I visited this home in November with the dog and we're all still thinking about the trip and beach. The house is very spacious and comfortably appointed. The kitchen is well stocked and very functional. There are large windows providing beautiful views of the beach and ocean from almost every living space.

Veterans day at the shore

Our family of nine spent a wonderful weekend at the beach. We came from Washington, Oregon and California to enjoy time together as can't do this during the upcoming holidays. Despite the rainy weather, each day we found coziness and comfort inside and during sun breaks kids and adults could scramble outdoors to enjoy the fantastic view and beach walks. The location is walkable to the downtown amenities and there are closer grocery stores and restaurants available if needed.

Fantastic family vacation at the beach!

We had a wonderful time at Yorkshore with our kids and grandkids (and dogs). Almost everything was positive: -excellent location. Upscale, safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of off street parking - access to the beach!!! - kitchen was amazing. Very well stocked, gas stove and dishwasher were top notch - grassy, fenced backyard with and outdoor fire place - great floor plan to the home. Bedrooms were well spaced and bathrooms were very well stocked with more than enough towels. - master suite has epic views and a very comfy bed the negative: -if you have mobility issues, getting to the beach will be difficult. Mostly a rocky path. I did it in flip-flops but no way bikes or wagons can get to the beach on this path - master suite could use window coverings on all the windows. (unless you wake up with the sunrise on vacation) - the third and smallest bathroom could be updated - when we arrived the outdoor trash and recycling bins were overflowing. We called and found out our pickup day was Thursday. It would have been nice if someone had them emptied before our Saturday check in and left us the pickup schedule - our biggest complaint was that the first floor carpeted areas smelled very strongly of dog urine. We ended up opening all the windows for the entire week and buying some deodorizing carpet spray. It's a shame that other dog owners have allowed their pets to use this beautiful home as a toilet. We would love to stay here again especially if the carpets are cleaned.

Family beach trip

Great property and neighborhood. Love the painted rock garden. Everything great with house with exception of some old interior door knobs with locks that should be replaced. Had a small child locked in one of the rooms which fortunately had an exterior door that we were able to access. Would have been much more difficult had it been one of the other rooms.

Poor Value

Not clean enough. BBQ was disgusting: only worked sporadically; filthy; coated with grease and dirt. Living room rug was worn out and dangerously flimsy. Beds were worn out. Property did not come close to meriting the cost.

Great Location

We had a great time at this property. The location is beautiful and amazing. We had a number of minor issues with faucets leaking and things like that so it wasn't perfect from that standpoint. But overall it was a great trip

Wonderful family trip to Seaside

We had 10 adult family members at the Yorkshore for 5 days in late summer. The house was a fantastic hub for our time in Seaside. The house itself was comfortable, with plenty of area for our group in the kitchen for meals, in the living room for downtime, and around an extra table for those interested in puzzles, games, etc. The beach was a quick walk from the back of the house and had plenty of sand and waves. It was an easy walk one direction to town, and the other direction to a state park with hiking. We took day trips to Tillamook and Cannon Beach and enjoyed both. Please note: This next part has zero to do with the accommodations and is just a friendly note about the area and likley activities - our group had a ton of fun body surfing the ocean waves, and fortunately did not encounter any tragedy. However, there was a search for a missing swimmer one of the nights we were there, directly behind the house. We couldn't ever find anything about it in the news, but we did find news about other missing swimmers a couple of days after our visit. Please be safe when enjoying the water.
