This beautifully remodeled townhouse boasts a gas fireplace, spacious and open living room kitchen floor plan and is close to the beach and downtown. The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath with a walk in shower and double sink. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and custom bunk beds that include lighting and USB plug ins. Second bathroom is just off this bedroom. There is also a 1/2 bath just off the kitchen. This magnificent townhome is 1 short block from the prom and beach, 2 blocks to the convention center and 3 blocks to the turn around. Parking for 2 cars

Our family absolutely loved this rental home. It was a perfect walking distance to area activities, restaurants and the beach. It had everything we needed and more. Very clean and the host was fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. Everything was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfectly located close to Broadway so we could easily walk to breakfast and the shops. The beach was also a very quick walk away. It was a chilly weekend, so having the fireplace was wonderful after a trip to the beach. If you ask our youngest (4), the best part of the house was the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place! Clean and very well furnished. Close to everything. Pretty much everything you need & want within about a 1/2 mile walk radius. Hosts very easy to contact and work with. We plan to be back!

Excellent Experience!

Location was perfect for our activities around town. Easy walking distance everywhere! Communication with property manager was easy, information provided accurate and left few questions during our stay. Looking forward to our next visit to Seaside, will definitly look for similar lodging.

Nice Stay

Have stayed here in the past and found it to be clean and comfortable, and of course a great location. A few minor gripes (water pressure in master bathroom shower and no cable or satellite TV) but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great place

Our stay here was very relaxing for the family. The location was perfect and a very short walk to the beach and downtown. I did have a small issue with the master bedroom bed....when I got in it to sleep, there was a rip in the bottom sheet near the foot of the bed and my foot kept getting stuck in it. When I took the sheet off the bed I noticed there were rips in many different spots on this bottom sheet. Otherwise, the house was perfect. Thank you!

Perfect in every way

We have been going to Seaside yearly for 15 years. Through the years we have been able to stay at every one of these townhomes and this one is by far the best. It has great everything. The bunkbeds are huge. My sons are 6’3 and fit in them perfectly. The downfalls were the eating arrangement. There isn’t a table to sit around. They do have 4 stools at the island and two more at the table behind the couch. The other issue is there weren’t directions on how to use all the remotes for the TV in the living room. The TV in the bedroom has a dvd only but it didn’t work. I put in a disk and it said there was no disk. We walked everywhere from this location. There are chairs in the garage to take to the beach and a box of beach toys. There were puzzles there and we left one more behind. My wife also left a book in the coffee table for those who like to read. You won’t be disappointing in this property. It does need a little more attention to cleaning the top of the fridge and the ceiling fans are in a desperate

Family Trip

Check in was easy, property was clean and roomy for our family of 5. Within a two to five block walk of the beach, promenade, aquarium, convention center, and downtown. We called after hours to extend a night with no issues. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Walk to the beach

There were some glitches, but overall a good stay. Being able to walk to the beach and the promenade was very nice. The house was generally clean but in need of a deep cleaning- stairs railing, drawer handles and areas where hands frequently go. There were ants in the living room. We vacuumed every day and found some ant bait above the fireplace, so obviously someone knew about the ant problem. My granddaughters were not thrilled about bugs. The 1 towel rack in upstairs 2nd bath is coming out from the wall; more than 1 towel rack in the full baths would be helpful. Not much room to hang wet towels. We found the seating arrangement for meals awkward and not very comfortable. I prefer a table where we can all sit together.

Seaside Getaway

Loved staying in this rental. The wife and I with 3 teen boys. Perfect location to beach and downtown. 1 block to beach and 2 blocks to downtown. Read a few reviews mentioning limit dinning seating. This is not the case . Kitchen island sat 4 and eating area behind sofa sat 2. Kitchen was well stocked with most everything needed to cook for my family. Keurig style coffee maker and also conventional drip coffee maker. No cable tv but many smart tv apps to choose from. Some may need you to sign in your info. Master bedroom is fantastic but be aware TV is not a smart tv. There is a DVD player( bring your own movies). Deck has a nice Weber kettle( charcoal style). Beach chairs and toys for the littles in garage. Used hose in garage to hookup to spigot off back deck stairs for easy beach cleanup. Plenty of towels and linens. Bring your own beach towels. Also saw comment about forks. This has been remedied it seems. All in all a great place to stay. Would absolutely book again!
