Outdoor Space is shared (Ground Floor). Picnic tables, outdoor shower and Grills. Please clean after yourself after using the outdoor space and grill.

You will have full access to the entire apartment with two assigned parking spaces (back to back parking). Street parking and paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor bench and barbecue grills to enjoy with your friends and family. This space is shared with guests from 3 other units.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.
