"Host was great. Easy yet secure entry and exit. Apartment was clean with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable and a large screen TV in the room. "I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. "Loved these accommodations. The space was bright and clean, and spacious enough for two to share comfortably. The location can't be beat--it's very close to the beach and the "main drag" of charming Ocean Grove. "

"The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!"

Location is great, parking non issue in winter, bed comfortable. The bathroom is not the easiest to navigate, very small and very tight squeeze, you have to pivot, twist and drop to sit on the toilet, good luck not hitting yourself on either the sink or shower wall is inlikely.The shower is approximately 2ft x 2ft, all products have to sit on floor-...

"Great location of unit. Felt safe and secured and communication with listing agent was fast and friendly. Free off street parking - first come first serve, but we had no issues since we stayed off season. Host did recommend paid parking locations but we did not need it.Would recommend and revisit! Only issue, the carpet in the main room curls up and can be a tripping hazard. We moved one of the mats to keep it down and didn't have any issues after that."
