"We were very pleasantly surprised by this property. We booked a double King room, which is super rare to find. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The microwave, refrigerator, and coffee were appreciated. I especially liked the small touches like tongs with the ice bucket, 2 luggage racks, and a step stool in the bathroom. The cookies and milk at night were a nice touch. The hot breakfast was excellent: eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, etc. We will definitely...

"Incrível "

"More like a motel than a resort. We were very disappointed with the state of the hotel and our room. Kitchen cabinets were banged up, paint peeling on doors and stains on the dining room seats. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. We had an issue with our refrigerator and they all but called us liars and would not compensate us for the food that we lost and had to repurchase and remake and the inconvenience it caused. The entire hotel needs a paint job....

"The room was very clean, no odors, the bathroom was spotless; easy to find, close to legoland. Great customer service."

"Staff was helpful and kind bed was comfortable and pillows too. Clean room but had really bad smell in hallway that we kept smelling in our room. I told staff they said they would check it out and try to help. but then it was back the next day not sure what was going on. other than that it was a good stay"

"Great accommodations but they didn’t have hot tub near my room working. Had to go across the other end of the resort to access one. Garage was under repair and doors slow to open but was secure"

"Love the Cassara!"

"Muito proximo a Legoland, cerca de 5 minutos. Ótimo restaurante. Boa opção pra quem quer ir na Legoland. "

"Very pretty. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Pool was great. Shuttle into Carlsbad village was very convenient"

"Staff was very helpful."

"Esse hotel ganha muito pela localização, porque ele deixa a desejar na qualidade e quantidade de toalha e falta de cadeira para o acompanhante . O funcionário da portaria nos pareceu muito ríspido"

"Staff was friendly and location is great. I paid a little extra to face the ocean and not the highway 5. The area felt safe and parking was easy. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were terrible, sink in/ zero support. The bedroom and corridor smelled a bit musty and I had a headache on both mornings I stayed at the hotel, so unsure what I was exposed to during my stay. I’m not sure I’d stay at this hotel again."
