West Lake is stocked with fish and features a white sandy beach for sunbathing. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, wood-burning fireplace, Wifi.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
