"The units are either new or just renovated. Still has the new smell. Very clean and awesome setup! Super comfy beds. We have a family of four and it was perfect for us. Super convenient. Don’t let the “no parking spot” scare you. We always found a daytime spot right out front, and an overnight spot just a couple blocks away. We stayed four nights and had an amazing time! "

"The owner made the check-in process easy. I got to the property late in the evening and the check in was easy. The cabana was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is in the main house right as you enter the house. Overall a great stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this studio room (ADU). Hosts are friendly and helpful, the space was perfect for us. The room is very well laid out with attention to small details. Sitting on the deck in the evening and the hosts suggestion to spend a few hours at Sunset Beach using their beach chairs were the highlights. Also a nice walk to the Preserve for a stroll. We will be back for sure. Thanks Cliff and Sandra!!"

"The view from the deck is unbeatable. The house is well-stocked and communication with Grant was pleasant and efficient. The quietness and slow pace allowed our family to reconnect. We truly enjoyed our stay. We also loved the fish and chips from the Beach Store Cafe and Bock’s Box coffee next to the cafe. "

"Exactly as described. It’s in a beautiful location at the north end of the island so it’s very calm and secluded. The views of the water from the back yard are great. We saw several river otters and other wildlife. The jacuzzi is a definite plus. The house itself is cozy and feels like it’s actually a home, and unlike many vacation rentals it includes plenty of space - and actual dressers! -to put clothes away. It was a perfect base for exploring the island. "

"Cottage was as described except the bushes in the back yard have grown so the lawn is in the shade most of the day and you can only see the small part of the lagoon shown in the photo unless you walk down to the gate that says private property (to nextdoor), from where you can see the rest of the lagoon and the toilet blocks next to the ramp that the Sea Quest bioluminescence kayakers launch from. Yard was too cool to sit out in in the evenings in mid July, as no fires allowed, but the location...

"We loved our stay at this house! It has stunning water views and rocky water access. Our kids (ages 8 and 9) loved playing on the beach. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. It was nice to be just a few minutes to town and a few minutes from Cascade Lake. The games and puzzles were a nice addition to the stay! We would definitely recommend this place, and will be back!!"

"We had a memorable experience at the cottage by the sea. The cottage was cute and cozy. The fireplace is so nice and keeps the whole home warm. The views were what blew me away with this place. We spent the majority of our time on the back deck whale watching. It was just beautiful and we didn’t want to leave. The host and her daughter were unbelievably friendly and welcoming.
