"Everything was as or better than expected. Home was spotless and very spacious and comfortable. Stayed 1 night June 2026."

"We have stayed in the area of Edgewater and N.S.Bfor years, and have always had a great time This was no exception This property was just what we needed, clean, great neighborhood, close to everything and a really nice park on the inner coastal. Perhaps the most important was a wonderful host. Jake is a great Host, cares about his guests, his property and is true to his word. We thank you Jake for the perfect stay. We will be back"

"Worked great for our needs!"

"We had a great stay. Property was just as advertised."

"This is such a cute and quaint place to stay in NSB. So close to all the amenities, restaurants, and of course, the beach! It is very clean and a nice impression once you walk through the front door. The host Megan, was very communicative and open to anything that you may need. Would definitely stay again!"
