"The estate was more beautiful in person. The property manager was very helpful and responded to all our questions. The estate was perfect for our whole family ranging from 21-92 years of age. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for casual dining and the chef's kitchen was incredible for our dinners. The movie room and kids room downstairs worked great for all the cousins. We had yoga classes on the lawn and had a tequila presentation in the beautiful bar area. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy...

"Everything about our stay at AVAS was perfect. The place is beautifully decorated and perfectly designed to enhance a stay in Santa Cruz. Every amenity is thoughtfully provided and of above average quality. The walk to the beach is easy, and the view from the deck is outstanding. The only problem we encountered was having to depart after only a week’s stay. "

"My wife and I had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. Host provided a welcome basket with water and snacks and kept in contact with check-in and check-out information. Resort was very quiet and the grounds were well maintained with walking paths to the cliffs for great sunsets and down to the beach. We will be back. Thank you!"

"We have stayed at a dozen of the 2-unit Villas at Seascape & it's hard to top this one. Not the place if you are looking for ocean views, but it is the closest unit to the stairs down to the beach.We hate rentals with a lot of knick-knacks and clutter & this one gets it right. Clean, comfortable & stylish and turnkey -- you'll feel right at home in minutes. Having it's own private entrance is a plus.Would definitely stay here again. No-hassle property management company."

"Clean and convenient location. Could have used some board games for family enterttainment. Kitchen not well equipped for group of 8. No mixing bowls, forks all small, sppons too big or too small. Nice size refrigerator/freezer. Ample parking. "

"We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. "
