I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared.
Within two hours of arriving in my room, I developed dozens of bites consistent with bed bugs. When I pulled back the sheets to investigate, the mattress cover was visibly filthy and unacceptable by any basic cleanliness standard. I immediately reported this to the front desk, only to be told it “couldn’t be bed bugs” because she claimed bites take 48 hours to appear — which is simply untrue.
What was most disappointing was not just the condition of the room, but the complete lack of meaningful response or effort to rectify the situation. No accountability and no appropriate guest care following what was an extremely distressing stay. I needed accommodation as a family member was in HSN for a health-related condition.
Travellers deserve safe, clean accommodations and understanding staff who are accountable for the hotel service they represent. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. I will never stay at this hotel again.
