"The staff was definitely not helpful. I called multiple times on different days and would never receive an answer from the motel staff. They did in fact pick up the phone one time and without even saying hello they hung right up. I asked Expedia to help me and the business did not answer there calls either. When I got to the hotel for my stay the one person was outside smoking and on the phone and we had to wait for him to finish and come back in to check us in. I picked a non smoking area since...

"Enter the lobby and you are overwhelmed by a spray air freshener! Like getting sneezed on by a bathbomb! Horrible Manger was rude and not helpful! I arrived to check in and there weren’t any rooms available! I asked how and she just said we ain’t got no rooms….I had to scramble to find a place to stay that weekend! Will never return or recommend!"

"I've been to this property many times. The breakfast is good, but they do not have any gluten free bread items. The staff is very friendly, one staff member made decaf coffee for me at night when the urn was empty. I will go back to this property."

"We have stayed here before and loved it so we booked again. This time we got a room on the first floor next to the ice machine. A wedding party was going on which was excessively noisy but honestly the ice machine was the bigger issue. Couldn't Believe it was across the hall from us. To top it off the TV they were having issues so only had 4 tv stations. Again nice hotel and great location so don’t look past it just make sure your not next to the ice machine or first floor."

He maintained my privacy when another guest crowded the desk for service (didn't tell me my room number aloud, passed the key card to me without revealing the room number, and did not use my name). The clerk didn't rush me even though the other guest was a bit impatient. The building was clean but had stains on hall carpets. "Breakfast buffet and the lovely staff who stocked it were wonderful! The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating and were so sweet to my granddaughter when they found out it was her birthday. My only negatives - I had a five-night stay and never got housekeeping service. So had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The air conditioning unit in the room was sporadically super noisy and the light in the bathroom would flicker and flash."

"Nice. Check in was awesome and she was super nice! And maintenance guy was super nice! Complaints were breakfast ended early, outdoor space wasn’t clean, room table only had 1 chair and it was stained. We would stay agin but plan better!"
