Welcome to Parkdomizil

This bright and tastefully furnished one-room vacation apartment (1st floor) in Scharbeutz is located in a quiet area right next to the spa park and only about 250 m from the beach and the pier.
It features a modern kitchenette with an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, and more. You’ll also find a lovely dining area for two people, a cozy armchair, and a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m wide with a full-length mattress). Additionally, a flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a large selection of CDs are available for your entertainment.
A hair dryer is provided in the modern bathroom, which features a window and a shower/toilet. The apartment has a large southwest-facing balcony equipped with a parasol, seating, and a clothes rack. In the building’s basement, you’ll find a washing machine, a dryer, and a ping-pong table.

A parking space is located behind the building. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

This quiet vacation home is located right next to the spa park and the tennis courts; from here, you’re just a few steps away from the beautiful promenade with its charming boutiques, cozy restaurants, and cafes, as well as the beach.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments are equipped to accommodate 2–4 people and feature large south-facing balconies. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available for your use in the communal basement.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.
