This modern 3-room apartment (52 m²) in Scharbeutz, in a very central yet quiet location, is on the 2nd floor and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. The spa park, with its many recreational opportunities, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach and the beautiful beach promenade with its mile-long stretch of dunes are only about 120 m away. Within 250 m, you’ll find the pier and many charming boutiques, restaurants, and cafes that invite you to stroll and linger.
The apartment itself features a living room with a seating area and dining space for 4 people, a 55-inch SMART TV, a stereo system, a Blu-ray player, and Wi-Fi. The windows are decorated with vertical sliding blinds.
The open-concept kitchen is also integrated here; with its excellent amenities, it ensures that cooking here becomes a culinary experience. An induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer (3 compartments), dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and many other kitchen appliances are available for use.
Both bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds (1 double bed, 160 x 200 cm, height 55 cm, separate mattresses; 2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm, height 55 cm. The slatted frames are electrically adjustable) and each is equipped with a flat-screen TV. In the large bedroom, electric exterior blinds ensure the room is well-darkened for a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror, invites you to relax.
You can wind down after an eventful day on the south-facing balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and a beach chair, while enjoying a glass of wine.
One underground parking space and one outdoor parking space are included. Guests of the house have access to a bicycle storage room as well as a laundry and drying room with coin-operated machines.
