The kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, an espresso machine (Tchibo Caffissimo), toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and much more..

The separate bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with nightstands, a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and heated floors.

The apartment, which features designer flooring throughout, ensures a comfortable stay even for those with allergies.

To ensure it’s neither too bright nor too warm while you sleep, you can close the exterior roller shutters throughout the apartment.
