The separate bedroom is furnished with a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and also has blackout pleated blinds.
The new kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher.
A modern shower room with a cosmetic mirror and toilet.
The hallway is furnished with a coat rack and a mirrored cabinet, rounding out the amenities.
The apartment is partially tiled and has laminate flooring.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the building. A bicycle storage room is also available.
The outdoor swimming pool (unheated) is open from May 15 to September 15; swim caps are required (no refund will be provided if the pool is not used).
Parking space No. 21 is reserved for you at the building.

The seasonal beach chair for the 2026 season is included in the rental price from May 15 to September 15 through Stefan’s beach chair rental service.

The apartment building is situated on a hill directly on the beach, offering a wonderful view of the entire Bay of Lübeck. Every day, you can watch the many sailboats and motorboats cruising the Baltic Sea.
The Dünenmeile, with its numerous restaurants and shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
A washing machine and dryer are available to tenants for a fee within the residential complex. The complex also features a heated outdoor pool during the peak season (June–September).
You also have the option of storing your bicycles in the bike storage room.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.
