We warmly welcome you to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.

The apartment is located right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.

3-room duplex vacation apartment in Scharbeutz on the 4th floor (elevator in the building) in a prime location with an east-facing balcony and a great view of the sea.
The living room offers guests a couch, TV, and a dining area for 4 people. The open-concept kitchenette is also integrated here, featuring a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with a separate freezer, and oven. From here, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony and enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

The first bedroom is located on this level and is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). The second bedroom (a loft-style bedroom) is accessible from the hallway via a staircase and also features a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the apartment’s amenities.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Coin-operated washer and dryer available for use in the building for a fee.
Non-smoking apartment. One dog is welcome.

A parking space next to the building and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric car charging station is available on the parking lot. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging via QR code is available directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent via email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

On the first floor, there is a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–Dec. 15 due to maintenance work) as well as an infrared sauna
In addition, you’ll find a fitness room in the basement with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and the fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.



This family-friendly vacation home features an elevator and is just a stone’s throw away from the fine-sand, spacious beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cozy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.
On the first floor, you’ll find a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
In addition, you’ll find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest parking lot at a 22 kW charging station (Type 2) using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
